This is the fresh approach I would take with this legacy brand to ensure the multi-generational household brand remains that way. As part of Generation Z (the new adults) learning the ins and outs of taking care of yourself, home care and the tips and tricks to get the most out of your grocery budget, multi-use pantry staples with quality ingredients are important to become familiar with.
Aspects of my redesign include the playful elements on the packaging (with room to incorporate sporting and special events) to appeal to both adults and kids, recipes on the back that reflect the season with room to collaborate with other major brands, and a softer gradient with complimentary colours. I wanted the new adults to feel at ease with their choice of the brand; with something to look forward to every season.
